Working Together to make a difference

Welcome to Tangi Animal Friends, a non-profit animal organization to promote animal welfare in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.

We are a group of volunteer members who work to serve the animals of our community and their owners in various manners, including education and setting up low cost spay/neuter programs throughout Tangipahoa Parish, particularly the Hammond and Ponchatoula areas. We provide assistance in the forms of vet vouchers, food for pets, and networking with other animal agencies to help animals in need in any way we can.

Tangi Animal Friends will host "Mutts and Music," our second annual fundraiser since the 1990s, on Sunday, November 11, from 12:00-3:00pm at Fleur de Lis in Ponchatoula,. This Jazz Brunch will include a Silent Auction, the Reginald Saunders Jazz Trio, K-9 performers from the Hammond Police Department, an "adoptable dog parade," (featuring dogs from TPAC), and a large screen viewing of the Saints vs. Bills.

Tickets are a $60 donation; a table of 10 is a $500 donation. Tickets may be purchased online through the button below or from a member; they will NOT be available at the door.

We want you to come to our Jazz Brunch, but if you cannot attend, you can still donate.  If you would like to donate goods or services to our Silent Auction, we will gratefully accept your gift.
We are a 501c3 so all donations (tickets included) are tax deductible.
